Christmas Table Settings ...

Taken Christmas 2019 when all my family came over for both Christmas Ever as well as Christmas Day and the only time most of us were all together for 2 days at my home - BEFORE the PANDEMIC of COVID-19. We had also just moved from West Vancouver, BC to Montreal, QC. Still packed boxes are underneath the long table. We still have not unpacked much, as moving from this apartment to another, everything got packed again including the dishes which are still packed now. Moving like this is a BIG PAIN!

A Wonderful Breakfast ...

We love these big Belgian Waffles and fill them with blueberries and add a bit of whipped cream. They are very Scrumptious. The vase of pink peonies added a lovely touch of colour. I add good quality cinnamon to them and to my coffee which has no sugar ever for the last 30 years, nor cream! Waffles are an occasional treat.

The Kingston Hotel, Highett Street, 1854, Richmond, Melbourne

Tucked away in beautiful tree lined Highett Street Richmond, the Kingston Hotel was first opened by William Harding in 1854 and is iconic piece of Richmond history. Combining original features with modern design and a contemporary menu, the Kingston is the perfect place to enjoy good food and wine and while away the hours. We are also only a short walk or train ride from the MCG and sporting precinct so we’re perfect for a pre game drink and meal as well.
